Evening Gentle Practice (75min)

We start on the back with a little unwinding, and then we work into some standing postures which culminate in a wide-legged twisting sequence. The practice closes with a longer guided relaxation. Enjoy!

Folks with me live were reporting exhaustion, and I was feeling it too, so today’s session is pretty mellow: a bit of unwinding on the back to begin, plenty of breathing for stimulation and expansion, and a lot of time spent near the floor until coming up to standing. Unusual, patient, sensitive. What do you think?

A nice combination of standing postures, prone, and supine techniques. Triangle pose, pigeon, and some classics. We close with bhramari.

We create a field of natural breathing patterns which we punctuate with brief breath retention practices. We close with soothing humming.

We worked with seed sounds and transitions between them. A visit with the Ganapati Mantra and the removing of obstacles. And then an invocation to the path of practice. Enjoy!

A nice overall focus today. We incorporate a seated twist and some upper back and shoulder release.

First stimulation, then soothing. Emphasis on kapalabhati with internal breath retention, followed by alternate nostril breathing and thought observation.
